Special challenges of the environment
Design, equipment performance and styling must be state of the art to meet the high demands of this exacting, space limited and corrosive environment.
A superyacht is a little city on the water, even more complicated with its multitude of communications, navigation and a multi-layered power system. And, it shakes, rattles and rolls.
 The discerning occupants; owners, guests, and crew have worldwide experience and expect world-class performance. Equipment must be intuitive to use.
The AV systems must never interfere with or be interfered by the ship's communications, navigation, or power. No owner wants to have lines across the Flat Screen TV when an engine starts.
We are authorised distributors for world class Linn (UK) and Crestron (USA) products. Our electronics engineer has attended specialised training at both these companies in NZ and Australia.

How is a marine AV equipment different from a Home AV Theatre?
While very much alike but the users on a superyacht often are guests for 1 week only and can't be 'trained' in how to use it all. Marine equipment must be intuitive to use.
A family home a number of rooms can share AV sources (radio, CD, Satelite TV). Each room on a yacht must have control over its own sources.
This is one of the main decisions owners must make. If over 60 foot, the marine project begins to equate more like a 'hotel' environment.
Smaller boats only have 12vdc power and require either equipment that works on it or require power inverters.
